The Luftwaffe oxygen mask was manufactured by Auer in Berlin. It was designed for use with the LkpN101 flight helmet and others designed for 2-point mask attachment. Due to its compact size and lightweight construction, this oxygen mask was highly valued by many fighter and fighter-bomber pilots. Later versions were equipped with an additional strap to increase stability.
