Can I have the ordered items sent to a different delivery address?
We are happy to deliver to your preferred address!
If you specify a delivery address when entering your customer data, your order will be delivered to the address you specify, not your home address.
What are the shipping costs?
We charge
- 29.- Euro within Germany,
- 39.- Euro within the EU
- 49.- Euro for the rest of the world
- Shipping to SWITZERLAND - Shipping costs 49.- Euro
In addition, further taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred during your order, which are not paid to us or invoiced by us, but are to be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please inquire about details with the respective authorities if necessary."
Shipping to Liechtenstein - Shipping costs 49.- Euro
Upon import to Liechtenstein, customs duties, customs clearance fees, and import VAT may apply. These costs cannot be covered by us and must be borne by the customer.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
Our shop system automatically sends an order confirmation to the specified email address immediately after every order is received. If you have not received this confirmation, please contact us again by email.
For deliveries to Switzerland and all non-EU countries, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which cannot be covered or reimbursed by us.
Can I also order from abroad?
Ordering from outside Germany is of course possible. We ship worldwide.

We do not offer express shipping!
I am not at home during the day. Can I have the order delivered to my office address?
We are happy to deliver to your preferred address.
Due to the size of the packaging, delivery to a packing station is not possible.
