Can I have the ordered items sent to a different delivery address?

Of course, we also deliver to your desired address!
If you enter a delivery address when entering your customer data, your order will not be delivered to your home address, but to the address you specified.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge

• The shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process based on your delivery address and displayed to you before payment.

In addition, further taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may arise as part of your order, which are not paid via us or invoiced by us, but are to be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please inquire about details with the respective authorities if necessary."

Shipping to Liechtenstein - Shipping costs 49.- Euro
Upon import to Liechtenstein, customs duties, customs clearance fees, and import VAT may apply. These costs cannot be covered by us and must be borne by the customer.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

Our shop system automatically sends an order confirmation to the specified email address immediately after each order is received. If you have not received this confirmation, please contact us again by email.

For deliveries to Switzerland and all non-EU countries, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which cannot be covered or refunded by us.

Can I also order from abroad?

An order outside of Germany is, of course, possible. We deliver worldwide.
If your country is not listed in the country list (order processing), please simply send us a short email via Contact.
We do not offer express shipping!

I am not at home during the day. Can I have the order delivered to my office address?

Of course, we also deliver to your desired address.
Due to the size of the packaging, delivery to a packing station is not possible.
